The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed. The location was amazing - just a short walk to the bus stop for the airport, and close to shops and the beach. Sue - the owner - gave us great local tips and made us feel right at home. The laundry machine was a game-changer for a longer trip.

I loved staying at Central City Exclusive Apartments in Perth! The apartment was cozy and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The Smart flat-screen TV kept me entertained, and the fully-equipped kitchenette made it easy to whip up a quick meal. The queen size bed was super comfy, and the addition of a portacot for my infant was a big plus. I also enjoyed having a private balcony in the 1-bedroom apartment. it felt like a home away from home!
Personally, I found the presence of an oven in the apartment to be a bit unnecessary. But hey, that's just me!

The apartment was surprisingly close to everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. It was easy to get to most main tourist spots and close to the CBD and bus stops. the apartment itself was very clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. We also appreciated the kitchen facilities, including a microwave oven and washing machine. the location was excellent, within easy walking distance of the Hay Street Malls and the Barrack Street piers.
The apartment didn't have a notable balcony view, but since we weren't there during the day, it didn't bother us much.

The facilities and location were great for our Easter getaway. The apartment was fully equipped with a kitchen and laundry, making it convenient for our stay. We also loved the fact that it was close to the city centre and shops, making it easy to explore and shop. The bed was comfy and the apartment was clean, making it a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The host was friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall positive experience.
There were a few minor downsides to our stay. the lack of a balcony was a bit disappointing, but considering the price, it wasn't a major issue.
